Kari Siceloff

Huckleberry Preschool Lead Assistant

Kari Siceloff is our newest addition to the Madrona School community, joining us in Fall of 2024 as a Preschool Assistant. With a background in natural resources, experience working at the Bainbridge Island Parks & Trails Foundation and an appreciation for outdoor adventures and hands-on projects, our nature based outdoor program is an excellent match!

Moving to Bainbridge Island with her dog, Baker, has given her the chance to spend more time exploring ways to connect with the community and to share time with friends and relatives and their children. Along the way she has developed a growing passion for engaging and connecting with children.

Though new to early childhood education and Waldorf education, Kari is enjoying the journey of learning alongside the Huckleberry students, discovering the world through their eyes and watching their curiosity and growth unfold as they connect with nature in the outdoor playground and engage in the daily rhythm.

Kari also enjoys riding her bike, gardening, embroidering, skiing, camping, and exploring the local parks and trails!
